BolaWar guarda en el dispositivo las preferencias, el progreso y el inventario necesarios para jugar. Antes de iniciar la publicidad, solicita la fecha de nacimiento mediante una pantalla neutral. La fecha se usa en el dispositivo para determinar únicamente uno de tres grupos —menor de 13 años, de 13 a 17 o adulto— y no se conserva la fecha de nacimiento.
La versión publicada no requiere una cuenta de jugador ni incluye chat. Si nos escribe para solicitar soporte, trataremos su dirección de correo y el contenido del mensaje para responder y resolver la incidencia.
Publicidad y consentimiento
Las aplicaciones móviles usan Google AdMob y la versión web usa Google AdSense for Games. Google y sus proveedores pueden tratar identificadores del dispositivo, dirección IP, interacciones con anuncios, diagnósticos y ubicación aproximada según la configuración, la región, el consentimiento y la edad aplicable. Usamos Google User Messaging Platform o los controles de consentimiento de Google cuando corresponde.
Para menores de 13 años activamos el tratamiento dirigido a menores, el estado de menor de edad para consentimiento y la clasificación máxima de contenido “General”. Para usuarios de 13 a 17 años activamos el estado de menor de edad para consentimiento y la misma clasificación “General”. No solicitamos permiso de seguimiento de Apple para estos grupos. Si la edad no se ha determinado, el SDK publicitario no se inicializa.

Finalidades, conservación y derechos
Tratamos los datos para ejecutar el juego, conservar preferencias y progreso, prevenir errores, mostrar publicidad conforme a la edad y atender soporte. Los datos del juego permanecen en el dispositivo hasta que se borren los datos de la aplicación o se desinstale. Los mensajes de soporte se conservan solo durante el tiempo razonablemente necesario para resolver y documentar la solicitud.
Puede solicitar acceso, rectificación o supresión de los datos que controlemos escribiendo a hello@socialcreativetech.com. Para borrar el progreso local, borre los datos de BolaWar en los ajustes del dispositivo o los datos del sitio en el navegador. Las preferencias de privacidad publicitaria pueden reabrirse desde Ajustes cuando Google indique que están disponibles.
No vendemos datos personales. No usamos los datos de menores para publicidad personalizada. Podemos actualizar esta política cuando cambien el juego o los requisitos legales; publicaremos aquí la versión vigente.

BolaWar stores the preferences, progress and inventory needed to play on the device. Before advertising starts, a neutral age screen requests a date of birth. The date is processed on the device solely to assign one of three groups—under 13, 13–17, or adult—and the birth date itself is not retained.
The released version does not require a player account and does not include chat. If you contact support, we process your email address and message to respond and resolve the issue.
Advertising and consent
The mobile apps use Google AdMob and the web version uses Google AdSense for Games. Google and its providers may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics and approximate location depending on settings, region, consent and applicable age. We use Google User Messaging Platform or Google consent controls where required.
For children under 13 we enable child-directed treatment, under-age-of-consent treatment and a maximum “General” content rating. For users aged 13–17 we enable under-age-of-consent treatment and the same “General” rating. We do not request Apple tracking permission for these groups. If age has not been determined, the advertising SDK is not initialized.

Purposes, retention and rights
We process data to run the game, retain preferences and progress, prevent errors, serve age-appropriate advertising and provide support. Game data stays on the device until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Support messages are kept only as reasonably necessary to resolve and document the request.
You may request access, correction or deletion of data we control by emailing hello@socialcreativetech.com. To remove local progress, clear BolaWar app data in device settings or site data in the browser. Advertising privacy choices can be reopened from Settings when Google indicates they are available.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use children’s data for personalized advertising. We may update this policy as the game or legal requirements change; the current version will be posted here.
